Quest is a public school chartered by the State Board of Education. As a public school, the campus has the responsibility to ensure all students meet the standards created by the Texas Education Agency.

However, the campus is dedicated to the idea that education can have a great connection with the home and the family. Though the atmosphere feels like a private school, there is no tuition or cost to attend a Quest Middle School.
